Do I have to make a reservation to visit VR Garage?

Yes, reservations are required in order to visit VR Garage.

How can I book a VR arcade session?

Booking a VR arcade session is easy. You can visit our website and follow the instructions on the Booking page.
Select the number of participants, date, and time of your session, and complete contact and payment details.
Please note that full payment is required for reservations. Prices are listed in Canadian (CAD) dollars and exclude HST.

What is the cost of a VR arcade session?

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours' notice. To do so, please contact our customer service team at info@vrgarage.ca. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is there an age limit for VR arcade experiences?

Players must be at least 8 years of age, and all players under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Any player under 18 must have an age of majority guardian who can sign the waiver on their behalf.

Is there a limit on the number of people in the play area at the same time?

Currently the maximum number of guests that can play at one time is 5. Only one person is allowed at each "seat" at any given time. We prioritize the comfort and safety of our customers to ensure everyone has sufficient space to enjoy their VR experience.

Are there any restrictions on the use of VR equipment for individuals with certain medical conditions?

Some medical conditions or disabilities may have specific considerations when using VR equipment. If you have any concerns or specific medical conditions, we recommend consulting with your physician before using VR.

Our staff will be happy to provide guidance and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Can I use the equipment if I have motion sickness?

If you are prone to motion sickness, let our staff know, and they can help select experiences that avoid discomfort as much as possible. If you experience motion sickness during your session, take breaks and stop your session if needed.

What are the safety rules and guidelines at the VR arcade?

We have specific safety rules and guidelines in place to ensure the well-being of our customers. These may include instructions on how to safely use the VR equipment, guidelines for movement within the play area, and any specific safety precautions for certain experiences. Our staff will provide a comprehensive overview of the safety rules before your session begins.

Do I need to sign a waiver before participating in VR experiences?

Yes, for your safety and our liability protection, we require participants to sign a waiver before engaging in VR experiences.
The waiver outlines the risks associated with using VR equipment and acknowledges that you understand and accept those risks. Minors will need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.

Are pets allowed inside the VR arcade?

With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed inside the VR arcade for safety and hygiene reasons.

Is outside food allowed at VR Garage?

No, outside food is not allowed at VR Garage.

What happens if I damage the VR equipment during my session?

Accidents happen, and we understand that equipment damage can occur.
In the event that VR equipment is damaged due to normal wear and tear, you will not be held responsible.
However, if the damage is a result of intentional misuse or negligence, you may be held liable for repair or replacement costs.
Our staff will assess the situation and provide further instructions if such an incident occurs.
